Self-Guided Learning Take advantage of training “on-demand” - select a development area to see our online offerings. We include relevant SkillPort courses to help staff members develop and refine key competencies and skills. Individuals can also learn more about the Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program, which offers events and online learning for staff interested in strengthening leadership capabilities.

SkillPort This online learning portal offers the GW community access to a wide range of courses. Topics range from beginner-level to expert-level courses in many of our professional development areas, as well as consulting, business management, effective interviewing, strategic planning, Microsoft Office software, and other technical training.
