What is LEAD?
The LEAD program is an initiative that enables learning, fosters communication, and creates a community exemplifying GW's commitment to strengthening our staff leadership capability.
The objectives of the LEAD program are:
- Create opportunities for people to network and learn from each other
- Develop skill-building opportunities
- Encourage leadership competency development
- Offer resources to individuals interested in professional development
- Provide resources to all LEAD community members
